I have spent the last few weeks working on a new business venture with two friends - both with huge experience in business. Together we have launched a new company selling E.S.E 44mm espresso coffee pods that can be used in any espresso machine that had a group handle. The coffee pods are foil wrapped for freshness and this ensures a fresh cup of coffee every time you want one. Priced from 20pence per pods they are competitive. The website for aromo coffee will start taking orders in Novemeber.
We have also created a coffee blog which talks about everything to do with espresso coffee.

Walt Disney World Resort - Reunion Resort Orlando Florida
We have just come back from a holiday of a lifetime in Orlando Florida. We stayed at the lovely Reunion Resort just South of the main Disney Parks and about 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando. We arrived the week the SPace shuttle launched and the state was in the middle of a heatwave with the average temp at a hot 94 degrees!!
The parks were fantastic, and we were lucy to see the opening of the new start tours Star Wars ride in Disney's Holywood Studios.
A great time was had and we all want to go back!! Here are some pictures and a link to see the whole album by clicking here

Wow - Jamie Oliver's Sausage rolls made easy are Delicious
Wow - Lynne just made these - we saw Jamies 30 minutes quick sausage rolls form the programme - easy to make and 100 times better than the way we used to make roll- try them they are the best -- But you MUST put in the fennel seeds - they make all the difference.
Here is the link to his website for the recipe
SAUSAGE ROLLS Dust a clean surface with plain flour and unroll the puff pastry. Slice the pastry in half lengthways. Beat the egg in a little bowl, then use a pastry brush to paint the pastry halves. Line the sausages up so you get 6 on each half (just like in the picture). Bash 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds in a pestle & mortar and sprinkle over. Finely grate a layer of Parmesan over the sausages.
Fold the pastry over the sausages, then use a fork to quickly crimp the edges together so you end up with 2 long sausage rolls. Paint these with the rest of the egg wash, then sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Drizzle olive oil over a baking tray, then roughly cut each long roll into 10 smaller rolls. Lay the rolls on the oiled baking tray and put into the oven on the top shelf for around 15 minutes, or until golden and puffed up. Wash your hands, then put the loaf of bread for the pâté into the oven to warm through.

Happy eating
PS: I was only allowed 2 because of my diet, but could have eaten 20... Also I think that a great after sausage drink is a cup of espresso based coffee from aromo coffee.

Hairspray The Musical
We had a great time in London with Dominic, Liz, Jemima and Abigail, where we were taken to see the musical Hairspray which was absolutely fabulous. It was an unexpected surprise, but we all enjoyed watching the performance - the main character was played by ex-Sinbad from Brookside - wow he's changed and was very Good. So worth seeing if you have not already!
